Lashes:
Will my lashes be damaged from getting lash extensions or lash lifts?
Lash extensions should never damage your natural lashes. If so, they are either too heavy for your lashes or adhere improperly. Please make sure your lash tech educates you on all health and safety protocols to your lashes before getting any service.

Lash lifts are like perms and if done properly and lash tech are well educated, there should not be any damage to your natural lashes.

How long will my lash service take?
In order for any lash artist to provide quality service; it takes the time and effort. Please make sure you are giving your artist enough time to provide you your desired service.

How long will my lashes last?
Lash Extensions are not meant to last forever! Just like the hair on your head, your lashes shed and this is why we recommend getting a fill anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

How often can I get it done?
72 hours apart
Is there any downtime?
No, you do not need to wait to go back to work or to do any daily activities. Drink atleast 2 Litres of water. Absolutely no consumption of alochol and smoking during treatment plan.
*Definitely works better for more healthier lifestyle individuals*
How many treatments should I get?
Typically, recommend atleast 6 treatments twice a week.

Clinical Facial Treatments:
How often can I get it done?
2 to 4 weeks apart for chemical peels, microdermabrasions, dermaplaning, and bb glow
Is there any downtime?
Usually will get a rosy, wind burnt glow after for 24 to 48 hours. Stop using any active ingredients within the first 24 hours prior to treatment and can continue again 7 days post treatment. may feel dryness (not with the bb glow), may feel tightness but completely normal. You can continue to go back to work and normal daily activities right after the treatment however nothing that gets your heart rate up and sweating. * MUST USE MINERAL MAKEUP AND SPF 30 ALEAST*
How many treatments should I get?
Recommend 4 to 6 treatments 2 to 4 weeks apart.

Scheduling Appointments
We kindly ask that you please give 48 hours notice prior to your appointment for any cancelation or rescheduling to allow sufficient time for those on the waitlist to take the canceled appointment time. To ensure clinic operations to run smoothly and efficiently, we require a credit card on file or a $30 deposit fee to confirm and secure your appointment! We appreciate your support and understanding!

72 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your results 72 hours after your service and following the appropriate aftercare; please be sure to contact us within the 72 hours for a complimentary fill.

No Show/Cancellations/Rescheduling
Please be mindful of your esthetician as we try to do our best to keep a steady schedule for each appointment and that each appointment is based off of the time slots given for the service. Please be sure to advise us if you will be late and we will try our best to complete your service. If you do not show up on time or late 15 minutes, this may not guarantee your service to be fully completed. No shows will not be guaranteed another appointment or will submit to a 50% price of your service, no show fee prior to scheduling another time slot. (No showing 2x will forfeit the right to schedule another appointment - thank you for your understanding)

Filling Other Lash Artist's Work
Due to past fill of other artists work, we have had some complications with fills and may result in a full removal of lash extensions. Please be advised that there will be an extra $30.00 for foreign fills.

** COVID -19 AND SICKNESS: We do ask kindly for any service we provide; if you are feeling ill, have been ill within the past 14 days, have been in contact with someone with symptoms of COVID for the past 14 days to reschedule your appointment **
